2. Christian Mingle
That’s right; Christian Mingle, the Christian dating website, has a movie! Somehow, it managed to feel less like a 2-hour commercial than God’s Not Dead did, but it still has some issues. Kevin takes us on an adventure with Gwenyth, the girl who pretends to be a Christian so she can have four awkward first dates with the same Christian guy! You’ll see what we mean.
3. Old Fashioned
Old Fashioned, best known for its strange ad campaign pitching it as a Christian alternative to Fifty Shades of Gray (as if we needed a Christian version of that…), features small-town supermarket coupon-flipper Clay with his youth-group Christian dating book theories on romance. He meets free-spirited, cat-loving out-of-towner Amber who winds up being his tenant. Somehow they fall in love, and somehow (or unsurprisingly) it’s a little weird. Watch Kevin break down the good and the bad of Old Fashioned!
4. Princess Cut
You recognize her from Unplanned; watch Ashley Bratcher in her breakout role as Grace in Princess Cut. Grace, a North Carolina farm girl, is very naive when it comes to dating guys. After her relationship(?) of 15 months ends, her father tries to intervene and set her up with their new neighbor, who just happens to be a handsome, young(?) doctor. Meanwhile, Grace meets a guy in a coffee shop and gives dating another try. You’d think the story would be predictable from there, but it finds unique ways to surprise you. See what Kevin has to say about the strange parenting and dating theories in Princess Cut!
5. Pitching Love and Catching Faith
Kevin’s latest Romance Movienight Review will also be a hit with sports fans! If by hit, we mean suffering through some of the most awkward dates, strangest dating rules, and the most excessive “will-they-won’t-they” conflict-chasing you’ve seen – all with very little sports. But hey, it’s hilarious! Kevin’s review, that is.

Marketing Faith
Christian movies often market faith like a product, magnifying the positives of salvation while failing to mention the struggles Christians face in life after choosing to follow Jesus.
